Also you are not authorized to transfer material. “Streaming” is a technique for transferring data so that it can be processed as a steady and continuous stream. ALLIANZES AND PICOMTO use this system via Internet. PICOMTO contents must not under any circumstances be downloaded, copied, altered, modified, deleted, distributed, transmitted, disseminated, sold, leased, licensed or operated (in whole or in part) in any manner whatsoever, without express and written permissions by PICOMTO or its licensors.

4. Our intellectual property

The site is our exclusive property. We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site, subject to your acceptance and compliance with Terms. All other rights are expressly excluded without our prior written consent.
